Why Our Prices Are Shifting (and What’s Going On with Coconut) 🌴💚

Happy Summer! We hope you all are doing well : )

We’re always committed to transparency here at ISLES, so we wanted to fill you in on some changes happening behind the scenes.

Lately, we’ve been seeing a 25% increase in the cost of coconut milk powder, the creamy plant-based backbone of all our latte blends. Global demand has never been higher, and unfortunately, coconut crops haven’t had the best season over the past two years, leading to shortages and supply chain pressure.

Matcha prices have also risen significantly due to increasing global demand for high-quality ceremonial-grade Matcha.

What does this mean for you? You’ll notice an increase in some of our product prices. But please know—we’re only raising them out of necessity, not profit, and if pricing levels off again in the future, we’ll happily bring ours back down.

We’re also expecting some temporary out-of-stocks in the months ahead due to limited coconut supply, but we’ll do our best to keep you stocked and sipping.
